One of my significant differentiators is an ability not just to help craft strategy but also, where appropriate, to implement. This occasionally involves taking on part-time executive management roles. Much more often, clients ask me to train staff in a particular approach, to write corporate material for them and to project manage marketing campaigns.

Where clients have no in-house facility or preferred supplier, I introduce people I have used and trust. These include all of those mentioned below, whom I am happy here to give an unreserved plug.

    - Organisational structure and design

    Christian’s detailed, methodical approach to analysing an organisation’s inherent strengths and weaknesses is pure, applied common sense. It reveals what, in retrospect, seems obvious, but which until then had always proved impossible to see. Primarily used within manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors with the likes of ICI, 3M and Sanofi Aventis, his methodology is as applicable to primary schools as it would be to, say, the UN or the NHS. Everything I know about the technical analysis of organisational structures comes from my work with Christian over many years.

    Ed is the best property / location photographer in the business. He also has more experience of the complications of travelling with masses of gear and, for example, how to get good exterior shots when it’s forecast to rain for the duration of your visit, than you can shake a stick at. I have always used him for high value overseas shoots, always with good results.
